Becoming a Friend of Therapeutic Music

Can you envision a world where therapeutic music is readily available to anyone who desires the service for themselves or a loved one? Representatives and graduates of therapeutic music programs not only envision this worthy goal but we also believe it is attainable through a grassroots effort of like minded people. We are asking you to be a part of this emerging movement by becoming a Friend of Therapeutic Music.

The NSBTM is a governing body that establishes, maintains and promotes professional Standards of Practice for programs that train and certify therapeutic musicians. The NSBTM accredits training Programs that meet the established Standard of Practice. By providing a forum for communication and collaboration among accredited programs, the NSBTM supports the continuing education and development of the field of therapeutic music and its service to the public.

Your $35 investment in the NSBTM provides the following benefits:

  • Newsletters containing updates on current and emerging research on therapeutic music
  • Legislative alerts on issues that promote or hinder the availability of therapeutic music in healthcare.
  • Interaction with NSBTM and its membership for advancement of the profession
  • Friend of Therapeutic Music listing on the website www.nsbtm.org and opportunities for promotion of approved events
  • Opportunity to participate in NSBTM projects

We can accept payment in two ways.
